𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦⁠
2 tbsp Yellow onion (freshly grated)⁠
12 oz Canned salmon (drained)⁠
1 large Egg⁠
115g/ 4 o.z cup Mayonnaise⁠
30g/ 1.12 o.z Pork rinds (crushed)⁠
3/4 tsp Italian seasoning⁠
1 1/2 tsp Sea salt⁠
1/2 tsp smoked paprika⁠
1/4 tsp Black pepper⁠
3 tbsp Olive oil⁠
𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦⁠
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a bow. Mix until just combined, but don’t over mix.⁠
Form mixture into 6 patties and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Patties will feel wet and sticky. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.⁠
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salmon patties to the skillet, and cook for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown on the bottom. Flip patties and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until browned on the other side.⁠
